Overview

Sometimes, a user may not be able to see all the information on a web page; for example, only the header content may be visible. For example, in a webpage with information about available classes or training, a user is able to see only the header information on the page, and cannot see the details of the class/training on that page.

Solution

1. Try to access the site from an incognito window.
2. If this works, clear the browser's cache and cookies, then try again on a normal browser window.
